TwistRise LLC ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy covers our website (twistrise.com), our consulting services, and our software products including the AUTO LABS Chrome Extension. It explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Website & Consulting Services

  • Identity Data: first name, last name, username or similar identifier.
  • Contact Data: email address and telephone number.
  • Usage Data: information about how you use our website and services.

2.2 AUTO LABS Chrome Extension — Account Data

  • Email address: used for account login via a one-time PIN code. No passwords are stored.
  • Subscription status: verified through our payment provider (Whop) to determine Free vs Pro plan features.

2.3 AUTO LABS Chrome Extension — Anti-Abuse Data

To prevent abuse of our free plan (such as creating multiple accounts to bypass usage limits), we collect:

  • Device identifier (UUID): a randomly generated ID stored locally in your browser to identify unique installations.
  • Browser fingerprint hash: a short non-reversible hash (8 characters) generated from browser and hardware signals including screen resolution, timezone, hardware info, WebGL renderer, canvas output, audio context, installed fonts, and floating-point math precision. Individual signals cannot be reconstructed from the hash.
  • IP address: recorded at login time for anti-abuse detection and ban enforcement.

2.4 Data We Do NOT Collect

The AUTO LABS extension does not collect, store, or transmit:

  • Your prompts or creative content
  • Generated images or videos
  • Browsing history or activity outside of the extension
  • Google account credentials
  • Cookies or session tokens from other websites

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To respond to inquiries regarding our consulting services.
  • To manage our relationship with you.
  • To improve our website and services.
  • AUTO LABS: To authenticate your account via one-time PIN login.
  • AUTO LABS: To verify your subscription status and enforce plan limits.
  • AUTO LABS: To prevent multi-account abuse on the free plan (max 2 accounts per device).
  • AUTO LABS: To restrict access for accounts or devices that violate our terms of service.

4. Data Storage & Security

  • Account and anti-abuse data is stored on our servers hosted on Railway (US-based infrastructure).
  • All server communication uses HTTPS encryption.
  • Authentication uses JWT tokens with server-side signing. Sessions expire after 7 days.
  • Browser fingerprints are stored as a non-reversible hash — individual signals cannot be recovered.
  • The device UUID is stored locally in your browser's extension storage (chrome.storage.local).

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with any third parties.

We use Resend (email service) to deliver login PINs, and Whop to process premium subscriptions. These services receive only the minimum data required for their function.

6. Data Retention

  • Login PINs: deleted immediately after use or after 10 minutes, whichever comes first.
  • Device records: retained for as long as your account exists.
  • Usage data: daily prompt counts reset each day.
  • Ban records: retained until manually removed by an administrator.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data.
  • Object to processing or request restriction of your data.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Uninstall the AUTO LABS extension at any time, which removes all locally stored data.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
